Cranberry Dip

8 oz Cream Cheese
1 TBL Butter
Craisins - handful
Orange Rind, grated
Sugar to taste – about 2 TBLS
Slivered Almonds – handful

Mix together the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar; 2-3 tablespoons. Add grated orange rind from one entire orange. I also added a little bit of the juice. Mix together. Rough chop Craisins and Almonds separately, then add to mix. The flavor gets better as it sits. I would make it a day or two before and store in the fridge.

It is best served at room temperature with pretzel crackers.
