1 bunch spinach
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head Romain lettuce
fresh mushrooms
red onion
1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
1-2 Cups cottage cheese, drained
swiss cheese, grated
Dressing
Blend:
2/3 C vinegar
1 1/2 C vegetable oil
2/3 C sugar
1/4 C grated onion
1 1/2 t salt
2 T dry mustard
1 1/2 t poppy seed
Toss just before serving.
